The firefighting force in our Municipality is mainly volunteer forces with services contracted from the Grand Valley & District Fire Department, the Orangeville Fire Department (now partially full time) and the Town of Erin Fire & Emergency Service. We do not have property within our township with significant value to warrant our own firefighting force.
